1) Willpower is a conscious mind effort with a short-term solution. What you need is a subconscious mindset reset. This is a long-term solution.
Here is an example of using your conscious mind to control what you must do to live. Become aware of your breathing and control your breath consciously. Breathe more slowly or quickly than expected. Breathe to the count of four, then breathe to the count of two, and then back to four. Tiring, isn't it? How long could you keep that program going? Two or three minutes? But your subconscious mind takes care of that function with no extra energy. It is the same with willpower; it is a conscious mind effort that takes energy and effort.
Now add to the mix the nourishment that food is not giving you. Typical Over-The-Counter supplements are pretty much the same. Why? Because OTC supplements are not necessarily useable. They are there, but the body cannot absorb them.
Now imagine using your subconscious mind instead of your willpower to program your body to want to lose weight and receive the nourishment it needs. When your body is nourished, you naturally eat less and lose weight with almost no effort.
